Rude playlist added to my account

My premium account has been hacked and I have contacted Spotify many times trying to fully retify this problem. Each time there has been various levels of success.

There were playlists added to my account with very rude titles and when I contacted Spotify they removed some of my own playlists but left the offending ones intact. I am on the verge of cancelling my subscription as I have found Spotify to be less than helpful.
