My account wont let me sign in anymore because it says I am abroad.

 

I generated my account whilst in Sweden on a trip for my company. It now thinks I am Swedish even though all my details would indicate I am English.

 

Tried asking the support lot for help, 2 weeks on and I am still waiting for them to even email me back after the standard email was sent.

 

Anyone know a quick fix I just want spotify back glad I didnt sign up to premium now as that was the intention!

Few things to check out! 

 

Firstly, make sure that your country is set correctly on your online profile:

https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

 

Also, make sure your current IP address matches the country set in your profile:

http://whatismyipaddress.com/

 

Then, if you are still having issues, try reinstalling the app:

http://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify
