Single Premium Account to Family Account

Single Premium Account to Family Account

Hi Spotify Community,

 

I have had a premium account for a long time, but this morning I subscribed to a family account. I pay for my premium account every 2nd of the month. The problem is that Spotify noticed me that they will make me pay 15€ on the 22nd for the Family Account. However I don't want to pay 25€ instead of 15€... 

How can I do to explain this to Spotify Support? I don't see anywhere a chat / mail contact...

Hey @mperols,

 

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time you've already paid for is converted into a Premium for Family subscription. This can bring your next payment date forward. (See your subscription page.)
