Site bought the wrong premium

I wanted to get the 3 months premium deal, but the site bought only the 1 month for me.
Now i only get 1 month of premium while the deal was 3.
I clicked on it, but it only went to 1 month so i thought that is it?

Can some mod help me with this?

This promotion is only for new users who have never used Premium before. Let me know if this is your case!

The site says . Offer not available to users who canceled Premium after 10/21.

Last time i had premium was at 20-04-16

So i should be able to get the discount/action
