So, how many weeks until I get my device password reset email?

So, how many weeks until I get my device password reset email?

I was using Spotify on my Onkyo receiver, and all I got was a message telling me to log out.  When I tried to log in, my password didn't work.  I went to the web form to reset the password and was told that an email had been sent.  That was more than a week ago.  Unless American English and England English have diverged wildly, "had been sent" is past tense.

 


I see other emails complaining of the same issue; is GMail an issue?

It does appear the majority of people who report this issue are using GMail. 

 

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can send you one of those emails out manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
