Spotify Premium & Telia

I have problems activating my premium on telia, it says their service is currently down?

 

I have some friends who did this today, but they won't tell me how..

 

I can't contact support because its too late.

Hi!

 

I have been charged both through Spotify and Telia during 2 years, I have never order Spotify through Telia, because I already got it. How is it possible that nobody react on 2 payment from your side?? I would like to have my money back or som compensation for this!

Hey @Ekdal ! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

If you are being billed twice, you must have more than one Spotify account with a subscription.


Since this is a billing issue (and a complicated one, since Spotify don't have any access to Telia's billing), you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
