Some Spanish guy with the email

is now using my account. He has changed my password and email address and somehow disconnected my facebook account. Which I believe is done by some kind of exploit. I want it back before he screws my 3-years-old playlists. Btw I am purposely not blurring the email out. Need help quick. I am going on a trip tomorrow and I want the premium subscription I have been paying for years. I also can't access Spotify through my facebook account for some reason.

*edit that a**hole just deleted my entire saved songs and filled it with Spanish garbage.

Spotify has a good product, but it also has the *^#*#! customer service infrastructure I have ever seen. I can't send an individual support ticket, so when I try to send it through normal means it goes to the pricks email address. It also keeps switching between German, English, and Turkish which to makes no **bleep** sense whatsoever.
