Dear Spotify Team:

 

I truly enjoyed Spotify - but it will not work for me any more.  If I click on anything the whole program disappears and I have to sign in

 

all over.  I would like my money refunded to me.  Since there is no way for any one to give me an answer and that differently is not

 

go - I will leave Spotify and not come back.  I cannot get to my page to take my information off.  That is strange also.

 

I have to leave - it seems very unsafe on this site ......

 

You truly need to communicate in a safe manner with you subscibers.....

Hey! 🙂

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this or look into refunds etc for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
