So.. I have a question. I have tried to email, did not work.

 

I have canceled my Spotify account. I was having some issues that I had a hard time fixing.

 

I had signed up for the spotity premium 30 day trial, and I only got it for 10 days, then it shut off on my phone. Wouldn't let me download my playlists, at all, or listen to the playlists that I had already downloaded. I've never done this forum thing before, not sure how it works, but I was still being charged for my Spotify Premium, while I was not receiving the playlists on my phone.. Was wondering if I could get some answers..

When you emailed, did you get a case # or did the email not send? If you have a case # we can chase that up.

 

In terms of your phone problem though, what phone are you using? When you click 'available offline' did the tracks end up with a green arrow beside them?
