I want to put my artist profile on my own. When connecting my Instagram account, I get the error in the image below. I do not encounter this problem when connecting to my Twitter account.

That doesn't look cool.

Could you try to use a different browser or the incognito mode of your browser to see if you can connect your Instagram profile there? Clearing your browser cache/cookies can also help sometimes. ^^

Unfortunately, it didn't work. I get the same error when I try to connect another Instagram account, but Twitter does not have trouble.

Ok, this seems to be a global issue then. I'm sure it will get fixed soon. If this is still happening in a few days, I would recommend you to contact the Spotify for Artists support.
