Song playback problems

Song playback problems

For a few days I have had problems playing my playlists because when listening to a song the song is paused or skipped, and on several occasions it changes to unknown playlists that I have never searched for.
I have already uninstalled the app and have tried it on different devices, I read some forums but did not find an answer. Help 😞

Durante unos días he tenido problemas para reproducir mis playlist porque al escuchar una canción la canción se pausa o se salta, y en varias ocasiones cambia a listas de reproducción desconocidas que nunca he buscado.
Ya desinstalé la aplicación y la probé en diferentes dispositivos, leí algunos foros pero no encontré una respuesta. Ayuda 😞

This sounds like someone else might have gained access to your account. Best way to check if this is the case is to see whether you can find any devices that you don't recognize in the Connect tab of the app. 

 

If you have suspicions that this might have happened perform the steps from this support article.

 

Let us know if the issue continues after that.

Hi! I tried what you recommended but the only active session is mine, and I still have the same problems 😞
