My Question or Issue

Never was so lost before, i always thought i know how to compute - **bleep** i am so sorry
I think i have a Spotify for Artist from Distrokid named "Magical Kids"  and i think i have a normal profile for this artist too?
and than i have a private account use with the pc software i think

If i found a good playlist for my kids artist, how can i wrote the user of the playlist for suggesting a song for his playlist? I am totally Lost - have a friend on FB who follow me and i follow her but i didn´t find a way to communicate on spotify with her too are there any ways to comminicate or show them a playlist?

Is there only the chance to promote a song after uploading but not for public open? Is that the only way for Spotify Playlists?

And whats with other publications of other artists and songs years ago? They are still on Spotify with a other label name, can i merge all to one label and have the label a account on spotify?

Questions over questions, i am so sorry

Hey @MagicalKids ,

RE: Profiles

There are two types of profiles: User profiles and Artist pages. Since they are two different types, those can't be merged together, if that's what you're trying to do. 🙂

RE: Playlists
If the playlist is owned by a person/company/curator/label, you can try contacting them through social media, but there's no way to contact them directly through Spotify.

If the playlist is owned by Spotify, and you're the artist/manager/label, you can check out this FAQ article on how to pitch music to the playlist editors.

Please also note that you can only pitch tracks that are set to release in the future, which means you can't submit a track that has already been released on Spotify.

RE: Label Name

Spotify is unable to make these changes manually since they display music according to the metadata delivered to them. In that case, I'd recommend reaching out to your aggregator/distributor.

If you have any further questions, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify's Artist Services Team: https://artists.spotify.com/contact.

Hope this helps!

Tnaks for your answer, so i am not totally Lost but the system is 😞 Why should i make more with Spotify if i can´t reach the people theire, what is that for a community? absolutely no community, i can´t reach anyone on other social media because i don´t know how the named theire - so you can ´t us Spotify in any way - why is the function to search friends? That is absolutely false - thanks for helping i search since MONTHS for the answers because i can´t believe that all this is not function - so if you are so little as we are you have no chance to get ever in only one playlist - ok accept but very bad - i don´t understand why this is not matching - bad spotify 😞
