Songs dont play full! Only preiews, after i singned up for premiurm!

Whats the dealio?? I understand this whe its the free version, but i went above the standard plan and went premium, so this wouldnt happen. Half my songs are dark and wont play, the other half plays the 10 sec previews! Even connected to wifi, let alone at work outside... Whats the deal???
