Spotify Duo PROBLEM

Hi, We've been strugling with this stupid problem. My five bought a Spotify duo plan, but I cannot join because of that: Nie możesz dołączyć do tego planu Nie udało nam się potwierdzić, że mieszkasz z właścicielem tego planu. Za 12 miesięcy możesz dołączyć do planu innego użytkownika. We live in the same place, also using the same WiFi connection... wth? PLEASE HELP.

Hey there @Jacekkkk, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry to hear this. Keep in mind that you can only switch plans once within a 12 month period. If you have already joined another Premium Family or Duo plan within the past 12 months, then you will have to wait for that period before you can resubscribe to one of those shared plans. More information about that here

 

If you have not joined any Premium Family/Duo plans within the past 12 months and you’re facing this issue, can you let me know what happens when you accept your invite using a different browser or private window?

have not joined any Premium Family/Duo plans within the past 12 months. i tried few browsers and incognito modes. Still the same issue. I never defined any adress on my profile - i have it for a long time - maybe it is some old version of account? Please help me

Apologies for the delayed reply here 🙂
If you haven't joined any new plans recently, have you been a part of a Duo/ Family plan (having joined some more time ago)?
It's possible that you've missed a verification email which could have potentially made you lose access to the Premium features of your account, which would explain why you're seeing the error you've shared with us. You can check your inbox for any missed messages from Spotify to confirm this.

 

Unfortunately, we can't verify for sure if this is the case from the forum but our support folks can take a look for you backstage.
