I have a valid and paid Spotify Family subscription account, yet it is treating me as if I have a free account.
I can't go into offline mode and none of my Family can use Premium either.
I have logged out and also uninstalled and reinstalled the App, yet nothing helps?

same here, i contacted spotify no answer over 16 hours now, i am leaving to airport without my music, i have google play music working fine, but i have no time to setup playlist and offline music, too bad, my flight will be without my music 😞
That was me last week. I had to get onto the plane with no music. Most annoying!
It has now been 48 hours since I sent a support request email to Spotify and not was reply!!
I have a Premium Spotify account, have had for a long time now. I recently added my daughter to the family plan. She now is complaining that she no longer has Premium. She has tried reinstalling on all platforms (android, windows), and still when she logs in, she is a standard user with ads and everything.
Clearly other people are having similar problems... Someone really needs to get on and sort this out, or at the very least, inform us as to what is going on, and why its not working.
Hopefully someone from Spotify actually reads this. I am a long time customer, and so far I have had no complaints about the Premium service!
I hope that doesn't change!

What a bad Service, i am moving all my music to google play music, its just i am on travel right now and will be hard for me, and i will never use that Spotify service and neither recommend it.
its a major issue, and they don't even reply to our emails,
i just checked from the hotel on my max i see my premium status is back on my desktop version, lets hope the mobile too.

If you have a Premium for Family subscription and you're not seeing your Premium features, it's possible you're logged into a Free account.
Try logging out and back into your account. This can also help force the sync between your device and account info. You can also try reinstalling the app.
