Spotify Movistar subscription cancelled

Hi,

I have canceled my movistar spotify premium subscription. I checked with movistar that the suscription is cancelled.

Then when I go to view the subscription in Spotify I see this message:

Tu suscripción está vinculada a nuestro socio Movistar. Si tienes alguna pregunta acerca de ella, contacta con Movistar.

I can´t check the date expiration of the suscription. I need do this for subscribe the Spotify Family service.

He dado de baja mi suscripción spotify premium con movistar. En Movistar me indican que la suscripción no esta activa.

Al ir a la vista de mi suscripción me indican éste mensaje: 

Tu suscripción está vinculada a nuestro socio Movistar. Si tienes alguna pregunta acerca de ella, contacta con Movistar.

Tampoco puedo ver la expiración de esta suscripción. El objeto de todo esto es poder ampliar a Spotify Family.

Since your subscription is paid for through Movistar, you'll have to give them a shout. 

You can do so by heading over to http://www.movistarteamshop.com/en/help/contact.aspx.

My subscription ends 3th of this month. I'm waiting..
