Spotify Playlists Vanished and Spotify Downgraded to Free.

Spotify Playlists Vanished and Spotify Downgraded to Free.

 

The title says it all really. I went to log into Spotify about 10 minutes ago and all of my playlists had vanished as well as my account being down graded to Free.

 

I have two accounts on Spotify that I am aware of, both of them have been returned to Free and both have had all their playlists deleted. I had tried to log on via Facebook about a week ago, but during that week, nothing was wrong. When I clicked a link a frend sent my that had a sSpotify link to a music track, about 10 minutes ago, did I notice everything had changed.

 

Please help. I pay you for your services and now it's all gone?

If it's of any help to you guys, the username I am fairly sure I always use is 'tomatorulz01', but the facebook app made me log in with a new username which I believe is 'johndarulz'. I've been auto logging in ever since I upgraded to Unlimited, so I have forgotten what it may actually be.

 

Fairly sure it's 'tomatorulz01'.

 

I have also noticed that my debit card will be expiring this month. Could that be causing any problems?

If your last payment bounced then that would have downgraded you but not deleted your playlists.

It sounds quite likely that you are logging in as a different account now to the one you have with all the playlists on it. If you created your account before last September you should be able to log in with your Spotify username, not your Facebook account details.

I figured that might have been the case, but I cannot remember what my username is. I know I did have a username befor September 2011 and I'm fairly sure I had Unlimited back then too.

 

I know that the e-mail addresses I may have used are either 'fightingartist@hotmail.com' or 'Johndarulz@hotmail.com'.

 

The first is the 'tomatorulz01' username which has 1 playlist labed as 'stuff' and only has about 20-30 songs which would have been the start of my current, much larger playlist which I believe I renamed to be 'Cool Tracks'. So this is not the correct one.

 

Attempting to use your 'forgotten password/username' service for my latter e-mail, ends up with information appearing that this is the linked account to facebook, which has no playlists bar one called 'Awesome!!' which only has about 4 songs in it.

 

I am wondering if I may have used the 'Johndarulz' e-mail to log onto Spotify before trying to use Facebook, but cannot find out what my username could be off that due to the message I recieve.
