Hey!

I think i did a stupid thing... I activated my premium with my Spotify account, but when i try to connect to facebook it dosn't work, because my facebook account is connected to another account.

I have tryed to delete the facebook account, so I can connect the account i have premium on to my facebook page.

Hope you can help me...

Tuvaaaa90 - I've just changed a few bits in your account, if you try and relink your Facebook now, you should be ok.

you see, yesterday I bought premium for my spotifyaccount which is connected with facebook. But then my spotify changed account to my old account, the one that I had before I got my facebook-account. And now i suddenly can't seem to login to the account which i bought premium too 😞

Mrestad - We're going to need to take a few security details to sort this out. It's best if you get in touch with Customer Support. They'll be able to sort it. Just go to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. They should be in touch soon.

Ticosox - If you log in with your username 'ticosox' and your Spotify password, you should get to your 30 day Premium. You'll be able to link up your Facebook again once you're back in.

hey again! I wrote to you a few days ago about my spotify account which i bougth premium to. I have tried to contact the spotify team, but I haven't got any respons yet. I understaand that this can take some time and I respect that! But I think it is so sad that I have to pay every month for my premium-account which I cannot use. So therefore i wondered if you could just delete both of my accounts, (*****@hotmail.com and *****@hotmail.com) so that I can just make a new one and by premium all over again instead of paying for the one that I cannot use. I hope you see my problem. The fact that I cannot login to my premium account, makes it impossible for me to stop the premium purchasing.
