Spotify can't login but cant sign up

My Question or Issue

I can't login and it says the account isn't registered to an email or to my google account. I can't sign up with the email because it says it's already registered. I just used my account yesterday so it's not inactive. The email on the account I'm having trouble with is sarichg48 with a gmail address.
