Spotify charge on my credit card, no 30 days trail & don't have a paid account.

I recently just joined Spotify and Last month in 10th of November I have tried the Try Premium for 30 days for free which make me filled out my credit card account. After the payment my account showed I’m still a Spotify Free account “You're currently Spotify FreeWith Free, you'll hear ads, and you won't be able to listen offline, or play on-demand on mobile. Come back to Premium anytime you like.” I thought there was an error with my card or something so I didn’t do anything about it, just keep using the free with ads account. However, 10th of December I just received a charge for $11.99 on my credit card from Eftpos Spotify Sydney but I didn’t have a premium account. I basically paid for the 30 days & didn't get my free trial & doesn’t have a sign that I’m a premium account and I cannot cancel it!

I would like refunded for my purchase and cancel the premium account. If no actions persist, I am prepared to terminate my spotify service for good. Thank you for your time!

It looks like you have more than a Spotify Account, so you're paying your subscription for another account. Please follow this guide to make sure you don't have multiple accounts. (eg. you logged in with your Facebook credentials and you didn't link your Spotify native account with your Facebook profile)

I still cannot find the other account you mentioned above by following the guide you gave me. Could you please cancel the subscription for me or Is there a way I could delete the account so I don’t have to keep paying for something I’m not even using!!!!

I have already been paying 4 month worth of money while still on a free account. Please do something this is really urgent I don't want to pay for another month.
