Spotify has problems charging the card directly

Hello Spotify team, 

 

Your financial provider has problems. My subscription was paused, because as your page said - My card or bank had a bad day. None of these was true. I tried it through PayPal and my card fortunately works and my subscription was restored.

We'd recommend making sure that you card meets these requirements and try again using a different web browser, an incognito window, and deleting cache/cookies. My card has always met all the requirements.

On the same day I tried my card somewhere else on a different service and it went through. 

 

The successful alternative PayPal transaction used the same card.
