Hello @ivagodehaedo!

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend logging out and trying to log in using other email addresses you own. If this doesn't work, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info on how to find the login details for your original (Premium) account.

Let me know how it goes!

If you are being charged for a Spotify Premium subscription but are still experiencing the limitations of the free version, there may be a problem with your account. Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Double-check that you are logged into the correct account and that your subscription is active.

  2. Make sure that your payment method is up to date and that there are no issues with your bank or payment provider.

  3. Check your account settings to ensure that your subscription is set to auto-renew.

  4. Check if there is any other account that is using the same email and credit card.

  5. If none of the above solutions work, contact Spotify support. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and provide further assistance.

It's important to note that if you have subscribed to Spotify Premium through a third-party service (like a mobile carrier), you should contact them for assistance.
