Spotify logged off and asked to relog.....

Spotify logged off and asked to relog.....

Spotify logged me off of my facebook account and then when I tried to relog through facebook it stated wrong or unknown password.

 

After trying to login for 5 min, I tried through mobile app and it eventually let me through.

 

After logging in it no longer shows my playlists and music. It also does not show I am premium anymore (part of spotify premium for family)......

 

Any help would be appreciated!

@etom1270 hey there, sorry to hear you're having issues logging in, i'll run you through how to get this sorted (rest assured you'll be reimbursed for any time you're having errors).

 

here are some useful troubleshooting steps that resolve most playback issues:

  • log out of all devices, then back in
  • uninstall the app, restart your device(s) and then re-install.
  • next, you can sign out of all devices here.
  • clear the cache for the app.
  • i would suggest a fresh re-install of flash which you can do here.
  • try listening on a different device to see if the same problem occurs.

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
