Charged without premium account

Charged without premium account

I've been getting charged $9.99 for quite some time now without having a premium account. There are only two email accounts I've ever used. I use one for my Spotify account and the other for my daughter's account. I've logged into both and both say I have the free service, so I can't figure out where the charge is coming from.

 

I double checked Facebook to verify I have no Spotify account attached. How can I remove this charge?
