Spotify premium in italy

Hi....

I'm a danish resident, travelling to Italy for a few month. Will I be able to use my spotify premium on my Iphone, i.e. both in offline mode and in online mode when wifi is awailable?

Yes you can as long as you have subscription time.

How about if I buy a gift for 1 year of Spotify Premium for my father that lives in Italy? Will that work? I will activate his account here in US. Can he use it  or he needs to update/change his profile to an accepted country?

As long as you or your father have a Premium account, it will work wherever you are.

Thank you for your fast response. I already have Premium. I just wanted to make my father a present for his birthday and get Premium for him for 1 year. He lives in Italy. How should I do this. As what I know the gift card cannot be redeemed in Italy. So I will have to login with his Facebook here in US first? Redeem his gif and then he will be able to access it from there?

Does your father have an account already?Anyways, you can´t create and account or redeem a gift card in Italy since we are not available there at the moment. 

You just can create accounts and redeem cards in countries where Spotify is available. If you are a free user you will be able to use Spotify just for 14 days abroad and if you are a premium user, you can use Spotify wherever you are and without any kind of limitation. So basically, if you want to use Spotify abroad you will have to create the account in the States.

He doesn't have an account yet. i will create the account for him using his Facebook, here in US, where I live. Than I will redeem the gift under his account, same here in US. Then he can login in Italy. And that's it.
