Ive been tryna get spotify premium w an itunes card but the problem is that the "get sportify premium" doesnt pop up...

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you won't be able to purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes.

You can still purchase Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium.
