Spotify says payment didnt work when it did.

Spotify says payment didnt work when it did.

The app is not working saying my payment didnt work, when i click on update payment odr payment methods, it says everything is fine, the payment is ok.

 Its been doing this for months, chanching between randomly working and randomly claiming the payment stopped while it never did.

Hi there @Rahelzus,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Are you a member of a Duo or Family plan by any chance? If so, if you had any old failed payments prior to joining, those can still be considered pending by the system, even though they won't be charged. If this seems like what happened in your case,  you can reach out to our support team and they will gladly assist you further. When doing so, make sure to have all your payment info on hand, as those will be necessary for search and verification.
