Spotify thinks I'm abroad but I'm not

I was just going to turn on some music so I tried going on my spotify app. It had me logged out which has never happened before, I tried to log in but I got a message saying I can't log in because I can only use spotify for 14 days abroad. I am sitting in my bedroom at home definitely not abroad, why can't I log in?

Go to the account page and click on the profile section

Make sure that the country on your account is correct
