Spotify wash their hands when they have to do a refund

Spotify wash their hands when they have to do a refund

His system is'nt get my cancellation but I did it, I made sure to do well the process and from the web told me that fact. His system failed. Now they wash their hands and they do'nt want money back!

Is there any problem Spotify can solve?

 

In cancel errors you should try another browser or contact to payment team via contact form.

The problem is that you are thieves. You have charged a service that I canceled and I din't usedNow you do not want to money back because your system isn't  the cancellation but instead on your website if done correctly. It's Sadly because you don't send emails as proofWhy? When each one of e-commerce send mails to confirm sign up, cancellation, purchases, receipts ... Perhaps the reason is simple; because Spotify want  to steal.

Please keep in mind, that I, Community founder not related to Spotify Ltd. in any way. I'm just a customer like you.

 

I'm trusted user selected by Spotify here. I know everything about Spotify. As I say before, you should contact via form. In this forum no Support for personal problems like cancelation problems.

I had already got in touch through the contact form and as I said Spoty washes his hands despite his mistake. Until I get a refund I am writing post on this subject, so I can warn to other users about how  Spoty  misbehaves with your customers. Disastrous customer service!
