Spotify won't accept payment

Spotify has suspended my premium account because it says there'a a problem with my card. There is not a problem with my card. I've tried a second card and get the same message. Shame, but there are other services that will take my money. Farewell Spotify. It's been nice knowing you.

Hey @johnnodvc,

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
