Started getting charged the wrong amount

Started getting charged the wrong amount

I have had my student subsciption for over a year and since last October I realized I started getting charged 9.99 instead of my student price. I fixed it today but is it possible to get my money back? I have been a student this whole time! I have just transferred schools.
