Hi,

 

I’ve been having difficulties getting Spotify with student discount. I go through clicking the student discount option, entering my password again and it pops us this message " This feature is currently unavailable".

 

I have tried several things to help fix this problem.

 

  • Used several different browsers.
  • Used several different browsers including using incognito/private windows
  • Checked that my NUS card is in date
  • Sent an email to your customers services team.

 

Can you please sort this out this bug as it seems that many people are having the same problem and yet you still haven’t fixed it.

Weird, have you ever used the Premium discount in the past?

It's also worth double checking your country is set to UK on your online profile and your postcode is correct:

It is strange.

 

I've used it in the past for a couple of months and then my card expired so it stopped the transactions automatically. Now I've decided that I want to start using it again it won't let me.

 

I'll check if the postcode is set to UK although I think it is as it comes up with £ signs.

Did this problem ever get solved? I am having the same problem...
I did previously have premium (there was a 30 day free trial) but I now want to sign up to premium using my NUS card but it says feature unavailable.
Help would be appreciated,

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

Yes the problem was that my debit card had changed but I didn't realise until a while after. Check to make sure your card details are the same as registered on your account.

 

Otherwise contact support - they were great.
