Subscription Payment Failure

Hi,

I am receiving e-mails stating that my subscription payment through Paypal has failed. This has been working perfectly for many months, but apparently just stopped. If this is not some sort of scam to get try and get my payment details, can someone please check where the problem lies and what I may need to do to resolve the issue.

@hestenerwin hey there, sorry to hear you're having issues with payment,

i would suggest trying to make the payment from another device or over another connection,

if that doesn't resolve it, the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
