Subscription cancelled but no refunding

I cancelled my subscription in less than 14 days and I still do not have refunding…. With which must I be addressed to obtain refunding, knowingthat I used the contact form but for the moment noanswer.

Hi DMCVRPI, to obtain a refund you do need to contact support, which you seem to have already done. When you cancel a susbcription all that happens is you prevent it from reneweing once the susbscription period end; it doesn't automatically provide a refund on what's left for your current period.

If you have recieved an automated message go ahead an reply to that, even if it is from a no-reply email. If you haven't gotten any message what-so-ever, I would check your spam folders and make sure that your email hasn't flagged the emails as spam and trashed them.
