The email linked to my account isn't my email.

I tried linking my Spotify to my bereal account when I realized that the accounts Gmail that is linked to it. Isn't my Gmail. My Gmail is < moderator edit>  but the Gmail linked is <moderator edit> I don't have access to change it and when I try to move it back to my Gmail it says that the account is already in use.

If your main account (email) is already in use, you can log into it and close it by following the steps here.
Tip: The account deletion process takes up to 30 days but frees up your email from the system in the end.

If you don't wish to wait that long, you may instead create a new disposable email account and change your main email in the account it's linked with.
Once this is done and your main email address is free, you'll be able to link it to your main Spotify account.
