The times discount is via a Spotify Premium code as far as I am aware, so it sounds like you might have redeemed it to the wrong account (check both your Spotify and Facebook logins). Did you get an email confirmation with a username in it? 

 

Easiest thing to do is get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can track it down and make sure it gets to the correct account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
