Unabe to change county

Hey there

I got the Pob Up, when I opened Spotify, my country listed in my profil is wrong (it is cause i moved from germany to austria) and that I should change it

well I tried it numerous times but it won`t work.

when i change it from GER to Austria and confirm it.

It says that the used email adress is already in use ( well thats also right because it is MY emailadress from this account ) <

when i enter some random mailladress and confirm it with my password   ...... surprise.... Error again... this time   invalid country...  when i want it to change t  it doesnt accept it....

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

It sounds like you might accidentally have made a duplicate account using Facebook with the same email address. You could try and follow the steps here and see if you can merge the two. It should then let you change your country.
