Unable to login to Spotify on PS4

I recently got a PS4 and decided to login to Spotify. The first time worked effortlessly through the connect feature.

Later, I tried to listen to Spotify on a new account. I signed out on my older account, as the application tells you to do, but still got the error message that my account was still linked to a PSN account. I tried to login with the original account used (the one it was originally linked to) and received the error message again.

I logged out of all my devices via my phone, but still received the error messages when I tried again. Is there any way to fix this? I'd really like to listen to music on my PS4.

Hey @clogosz!

Try restarting the app by holding down the PlayStation button & selecting Close Application. Once closed, reopen the app and try logging in again with the new account.
