Unable to pay for Premium

Solved!

Unable to pay for Premium

I've posted this in the welcome forums, then realised I should be posting here. Sorry about that!

When trying to sign up to a premium account I just get a loading page that never loads anything (after selecting my payment method).

I'm currently on a 48 hour trial and wanted to extend it on to the 30 day trial, but when this didn't work I went to the normal premium sign-up page. This didn't work either.

I've tried from my phones (Android 4.1.2 and 4.2.1), tablet (Android 4.0.3), Windows 8 PC running Chrome and IE9, and a Windows 7 PC running Chrome and IE9. None of them work.

Not sure what else I can do to give you money!

I have found a solution for this.

First go to https://www.spotify.com/us/account/subscription/change-payment/ and enter your payment details, after this it will be possible to sign up.

I take it that now my 48 hour trial period is nearly over and I still can't pay for a premium subscription, coupled with the lack of customer support that Spotify don't want my £120 per year.

Shame, I was enjoying using the service.

Same thing here, signing up for premium is not working....

Thank you jannis_77, I was just downloading Rdio when your reply came in!

Have you ever considered a job at Spotify customer support? 🙂

You are welcome, i had the same problem so i had to search anyway... 😉

I already have a customer support job with another company. 😄

LOL it shows. You must be good at your job.

I've signed up now and all's good in the world. Many thanks once again.

It is a bad place to have an error on a page.
I have tryed Crome, Firefox and Explorer - same problem - loading, but no way to pay ...
