Updated credit card info-but same service?

Updated credit card info-but same service?

Hi. I just updated my account info, as I am trying to close my old bank account. I want my monthly payments to be drawn from the new account. I think that I accomplished that on your website. But then I received an email from you welcoming me to Spotify Premium. My husband who died in 2014 was one of your early subscribers, and I exchanged emails with someone named Chris in the U.K. after his death. Subsequently I was sort of grandfathered in for his rate although I am in fact a grandmother. Ha ha. Sorry. I have been drinking alcohol because well-Donald Trump has been ejected. And those of us who are devastated by this are drinking. I think his supporters are out and about purchasing more guns and ammo. So forgive please my terrible attempts at humor.

Bottom line? I just am hoping that I am on the same plan as I was before I changed credit cards. I love Spotify. It's my Ace In The Hole. Cheers! Sally Hanna

Hey @SallyBananas,

 

Are you talking about the Unlimited plan? Unfortunately it's no longer being offered by Spotify and there's no way to get it back after cancelling the subscription or changing the payment method.
