Upgraded subscription not working

Upgraded subscription not working

I have upgraded my subscription and paid for it through iTunes and it still shows up as free when I go to use the app. I have followed all the steps you have said and none of them have worked

Since you have tried all of the troubleshooting steps,

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
