Upgraded to premium subscription but can't get playback!!

Upgraded to premium subscription but can't get playback!!

I just upgraded to the premium service after hitting my weekly play limit on the free version and despite my account saying I'm now on the premium subscription I can't get anything to play and still get the message about weekly limit! I run it off the app in chrome but I tried checking on my mobile as well and still no dice.

 

I've reinstalled the app on my iPhone and that's not done anything either. Any ideas how I can start using the service again??

Yes, I have the same problem

There is currently on ongoing issue guys, have a read at this thread which is being updated by staff.
