Uploaded album through Distrokid, song on album is grayed out

Hello,

We uploaded our new album to Spotify through Distrokid. We received a notifiation a couple of days ago that it was live on Spotify. When I check the album on Spotify on my computer, one of the songs is grayed out. When I check it through the Spotify app on my phone, it doesn't show up at all.

The artist name is The Gunshy. The album is called Undefeated. The song is the 9th song on the album and is called "Company". The song's ISRC is QZDA71835340. 

The album uploaded properly to all of the other services and this song is working fine there. The issue seems to only be with Spotify.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a screenshot.

I’ve spoken to Distrokid a couple of times and they said it is a Spotify
issue and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Thanks for that. The song is available on my end and it should be available like the rest of the album on your end.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I tried both of those with no luck, unfortunately. Are you by chance somewhere outside the US? Apparently the song works okay for people outside the US.

Distrokid resubmitted the song manually. It looks like it's up and working now.
