Ik heb mijn abbonnement omgezet via kpn. Zei zeggen dat dit juist gebeurt is maar bij mijn spotify account blijft premium staan. Kan mijn gezinsleden hierdoor niet uitnodigen. Hoop dat dit snel verholpen wordt

When you change subscription, you might need to wait till your current month of Premium expires before the new subscription type activates. If it doesn't, you'll need to reach out to KPN though, because they are managing your subscription.

Ik heb precies hetzelfde probleem. Al meerder keren contact met KPN gehad en daar staat mijn abonnement op Family. Ik heb via een mail die ik van KPN kreeg Family geactiveerd en daar ook een bevestigingsmail van gekregen.
Ook heb ik al een factuur ontvangen en betaald met Family erop. KPN verwijst mij nu naar Spotify omdat mijn abonnement daar nog steeds op Premium staat.
Ondertussen is het Premium abonnement van mijn zoon op Free gezet en dat krijgen we niet meer goed en in mijn Spotify account kan ik Family niet zien en dus ook mijn kinderen niet toevoegen....
Word er een beetje hopeloos van...

We understand you activated Premium for Family via KPN but aren't able to invite family members yet. If you are sure that you used KPN's instructions to activate Premium for Family, find out if you have activated it on a different account by accident. Try accessing all your family members' accounts because perhaps one of them was logged in when you used the instructions to activate Premium for Family. You can also use this page to find any additional accounts you might have.
We have to mention that your subscription is entirely managed by KPN and we have no access to activate or modify your subscription in any way. So if you are still not having any luck you'll need to get back to KPN we're afraid.

No, waiting doesn't solve the problem. I waited last month (december '19) until my KPN premium ended 31-12-2019. As soon as it ended at KPN (1-1-2020) I ordered premium family at KPN via their app. Nothing happened until now. How long does it take for Spotify to cancel the KPN premium account and to put it back on Free? And what if meanwhile this account is set to Premium Family instead of end?

We just wanted to confirm that the subscription that KPN offers is a partner subscription, and, as such, it is managed by the partner rather than by Spotify.
Any changes that you'd like to make to your Spotify Premium subscription has to go through the partner, in this case KPN. You can reach out to them here.
