Wanted to try the 99 cnt option, ended up paying 9,99

I wanted to try the 99 cnt for premium option, but I ended up with a regular prepaid month for 9,99. Any change of adding the 3 months for 99 cnt to my account?

Thanks for your reply. It's my first experience with Spotify, i just assumed I would get the first 3 months for 99 cent after paying in full for the first month. But no luck. And i can't find a way to get in touch with Spotify's customer service other than via social media.

I paid via a one time bank transfer, Europe based btw.

Spotify support got back to me, it has something to do with the payment method. Since I used a one time bank transfer, I'm not eligible for the 99 cnt/3 months offer. Too bad for me...

"To get the 3 months promotion you needed to use a recurring payment method, such as credit/debit card or paypal."
