Way to many playlists

So one day friends where using my pc for music on my spotify account. Well They made a PLAYLIST for every song they listsened to, So now Everytime I load my spotify on windows or mac the thing crashes, 

I have tried everything. 

Spotify Please Delete my Playlists that have less then 2 songs in them there should only be 4-5 playlists.

The best thing to do is to get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to get that done for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
