Hi,

I'm getting this error when I try and subscribe to 2 months of Unlimited.

I'm trying to redeem several gift cards at once - I've done this before and didn't have a problem.

Please help.

im getting an error message saying 'we cannot currently redeem that card' whenever i try and use a few prepaid cards for spotify premium. Adam

How many have you redeemed today? As far as I am aware there are limits on how many you can redeem in one 24 hour period.

ah ok thats probably it,  ive redeemed 4 got one more to do.

I am having issues, I get the same message and ive been trying for 4 days already trying to get premium with a giftcard, it is really upsetting me and I can't even make the payment option of American express working either. nothing works on my account! ive tried different browsers and computers and nothing works. my account is so glitched. i need help. i dont want to have wasted money

whenever i try to redeem a spotify gift card and select premium, it says "spotify is not currently able to redeem this code" this has been happening since december
