Where is my Premium subscription?

Hello

I need a help!

I have a Spotify Premium subscription through Vodafone  - Last 25 september my subscription was confirmed (and Vodafone took the payment from my private account, as every month) but until today i have a Spotify Free!!!! The admin of Vodafone says that  my subscription is ok, the payment is ok and they don't understand why i haven't my Premium - they adviced me to contact admin of Spotify to know the reasons. 

Could you tell me why i can't have my Premium, despite i paid for this?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

TY Anthony, i did it - but anything is changed! - i'm trying to solve it with spotify and vodafone service but they are very vague!!! mmm if Spotify and Vodafone continue to blame each other,  I think I'll make a complaint to the consumer associations....
