Why am I being charged $12.99 per month when a premium subscription is supposed to be $9.99 per month?
https://www.spotify.com/us/starbucks/
Get 3 months of Spotify Premium for free when you sign up now through May 15th. Only $9.99/month afterwards.*
How do I fix this without cancelling my subscription? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @Tom25427! The $12.99 charge means that your Spotify subscription is being managed through Apple which is why you have that extra $3.00 on top of the usual $9.9 monthly charge. To move to the $9.99 pricing you will need to cancel your premium subscription through Apple (how-to), and then re-enroll for premium through Spotify. You'll keep any amount of premium you have left upon canceling, you'll just need to re-enroll before that time expires to make sure you don't lapse back down to a free account. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!

Thank you; I turned off automatic renewal on Apple, but I'm still a premium user for the next month. Not sure how to proceed, so I contacted customer support.
If if they can't fix it for me, I'll just use something else. Thanks for your help!
Glad you got that sorted out, @Tom25427. If you're looking to use the Starbucks' three months of premium for free offer, then unfortunately I can tell you now that your account will not qualify. Since the offer is a trial offer, and since you have already had premium subscription, the system will not let you enroll. "*Terms and Conditions apply. Open only to users who haven't already tried Premium or Unlimited. Free users who have taken a 7 day trial are eligible."
Sorry that I don't have better news in that regard.
I don't care about the three months, I just want to pay $9.99 a month, and not $12.99 a month. I've been enjoying Spotify for the past week; hopefully they won't want to lose a subscriber...
Then there's no issue. You should be able to re-subscribe to the $9.99 a/mo from your subscription page, or by visiting this page. Upon re-subscribing you'll retain the amount of premium you currently have, and just carry on from there.
Why is my subscription being managed through Apple? I don't use any Apple anything! I did not request this so why do I have to do the work to fix it? Please respond specifically to this inquiry. Thank you!
