Why do I have 2 accounts with the same username and password.

I have an account on my phone, username  <snip - moderator edit> and email

<snip - moderator edit> and I have an account I loginto over the web, username

<snip - moderator edit> and <snip - moderator edit>.

One account is on dual premium with my wife (online account) and the other is on individual premium (phone account). I want 1 account and to merge all the playlists and downloads - what do I do?

You can transfer your music following these instructions.

You can then delete the extra account using these steps.
